We're seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team part-time on a 12-month maternity leave contract.This role is ideal for:Someone with an administration background or experience in a Human Resources team who is looking for more flexibility in a remote role.A recent Human Resources graduate eager to gain hands-on experience. You'll receive comprehensive training and support to thrive in this role and make an impact.Working within an operations team with the support of a People & Culture Advisor, this position is for 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, with flexibility in your working hours.Your responsibilities will include:AdministrationManage accurate data entry and maintain HR systems (BambooHR).Onboard staff and doctors seamlessly into BambooHR.Prepare HR documents, including employment offers, change of terms letters, and employee forms.Generate reports (e.g., exporting data from BambooHR into Excel).Ensure compliance documentation for employees and contractors is up to date.Schedule and action employee entitlements.Support HR activities for newly acquired centres.Support new HR initiatives and projects as required.RecruitmentPosting job advertisements (via BambooHR and Seek).Assist managers with end-to-end recruitment, including reviewing applications, phone screening, and reference checks.Send welcome packs for new team members.About Us: Leaders in Skin Cancer MedicineDriven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
