The People and Culture Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for all P&C stakeholders and assists in initiatives that promote engagement, professional development, and organisational effectiveness.

We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Coordinator with a sense of humour to join our growing organisation.

You Will: Support and enhance our lively company culture through events, recognition programs, and diversity initiatives Onboard new team members with care to set them up for success from day one Handle employee queries and provide guidance with empathy and discretion Coordinate learning opportunities to help our people continuously develop Track employee data and metrics to identify areas for improvement Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in people-related practices Provide admin and office support to the P&C leadership team Promote health, safety, and wellness through workplace initiatives You Have: 2+ years of HR coordination experience Minimum diploma in Human Resources or similar Outstanding relationship-building and communication abilities A passion for creating a supportive, equitable work culture Expertise in HR systems and processes Impeccable ethics, empathy, and emotional intelligence Make a positive impact on people's careers while growing your own!
