A little about the role
Due to growth across the organisation, the national People & Culture team are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive support across all of our jurisdictions.
This role will see you working on recruitment, onboarding and other administrative tasks.
Reporting directly to one of our People Business Partners, some of your main responsibilities include:
Coordinating recruitment and selection activities, including candidate screening, organising interviews, and requesting reference and statutory checks.Preparing new and changing employment documentation for new and existing employees.Processing onboarding documentation for new employees and ensuring this is accurately pushed through to the payroll system.Accurately maintain the Key Assets Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Contribute to a continuous improvement environment.The base salary for this position is $72,832.50 - $78,097.50 /annum (based on 1.0EFT) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This is a full-time, contract position ending in June 2025.
About you
You will come with general office experience, a high level of computer proficiency, and knowledge of Modern Awards.
You will also have a keen eye for detail, an ability to juggle competing priorities and communicate simply and effectively, both verbal and written, with a diverse staff group at all levels, recognising potential language barriers and cultural differences.
The below are advantageous, however not essential:
A suitable qualification in Human Resources or Administration.Previous experience in recruitment and/or a generalist human resources role.Experience in the welfare, care, or not-for-profit environment.My Key Assets
