THE OPPORTUNITY Our dynamic, passionate and fun People & Culture team are on the lookout for a driven and diligent People and Culture Coordinator to join our team in an 11-month parental leave role.
In this exciting role, reporting to the P&C Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the team member lifecycle, whilst making an immediate impact.
In a snapshot, you'll be the go-to person for all team member queries whilst supporting the wider team in administrative duties and contributing to people-related business projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a point of contact for team member P&C inquiries, triage & direct to the appropriate person.Monitor, triage, and action the P&C inbox.Manage Baby Bunting Paid Parental Leave process & casual conversion process.Ensure data integrity across our HRIS (IntelliHR).Support annual performance and remuneration review responsibilities.Review and administer employee contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Daily, Weekly and Monthly HR Metrics reporting.Assist in various P&C projects and organisational culture initiatives.Maintain an understanding and awareness of Baby Bunting Awards, Industrial instruments, and Fair Work Australia legislation.Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies & procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes and systems.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU… In this exciting career growth opportunity, you'll have a chance to learn from an experienced team, getting exposure to all elements of the employee lifecycle.We're accelerating our growth across Australia and New Zealand; when we grow, you grow!Hybrid working arrangements.
