Job DescriptionWe are seeking a People & Culture Compliance Advisor to play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to employment legislation within our Transport & Infrastructure Australian business.
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll establish sustainable solutions that promote compliance and best practices across our organisation.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Creation of procedural tools and reporting metrics to assist the P&C Advisory team in managing statutory obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009.Performing compliance audits.Assisting with enterprise agreement review coordination.Fostering the compliance development of our P&C advisory team.This is an exciting and challenging role where you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment providing innovative solutions with the opportunity to influence and create change.
About YouIdeally, you are a proactive self-starter with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources along with exposure in Construction, Engineering or Heavy Industrial sectors.
You will also have:
