Australian Consolidated Milk (ACM) is an Australian owned and operated milk manufacturer located at Kyabram in Northern Victoria.
ACM's manufacturing facility, located in Girgarre just a short distance from our head office in Kyabram, was launched in 2018 as a cutting-edge, highly flexible production facility designed to serve both domestic and international markets.
ACM employs over 140 highly skilled and dedicated people from the local community who are working to produce a wide range of award-winning products including Butter, Cream, Cheese, and Milk Powder.
This newly created full-time position of People and Culture Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the support of HR functions including recruitment onboarding, employee relations, and performance management at both our manufacturing facility and office locations.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with our Payroll Officer for award interpretation and with the Site Managers for recruitment planning and day-to-day employee performance management (coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions, and wellbeing).
Duties and Responsibilities will include:Manage the recruitment process from end to end, including revision of job descriptions, advertising, screening, arranging, and participating in interviews and pre-employment checks.Employment Agreement preparation and new employee onboarding, including HR and site inductions.Maintain and evolve the current HR Management system, in alignment with legislative requirements.Administer employee files and associated documentation.Ensure legislative compliance with Fairwork, ACM Enterprise Agreement, and Modern Awards including associated legislations is maintained.Be the first point of contact for site HR related matters and escalate concerns as necessary.Support grievance and disciplinary investigations.Provide guidance and support to Department Managers for any HR or performance issues.Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Business Manager.Coordinate annual performance review process and aid Managers as required.Report relevant detail to Payroll on a regular basis, ensuring all stakeholders are briefed.Oversight of factory rostering, including forward planning of required personnel to meet operational production demands.Assist in the development and maintenance of Return to Work plans for work and non-work-related injuries.Support of Internal and External audits and associated follow-up.Maintenance of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and management of wellness initiatives.Skills and Experience:Human Resources / Business Management (or related field) Tertiary qualification.Sound HR, payroll, or EA/workplace relations experience.Experience in the use of Kronos (UKG) payroll and HR Management is desirable.Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
