We have a great opportunity based in Perth, Adelaide or Melbourne for an experienced People and Culture/HR Generalist to join our People and Culture team. This role will be supporting our Operations team across Western Australia, South Australia and our Distribution Centre in WA.
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will play key role in delivering on our National People and Culture Strategy, partnering with the State Manager and State Ops teams to develop people initiatives.
A day in the role: Develop and implement People and Culture strategy across QLDReview engagement survey results to develop initiatives for your divisionDeliver training programs as per Learning and Development frameworkDevelop talent matrix and succession plansManage remuneration reviews in line with company timelines and business needsDevelop initiatives to enhance and promote engagement across our teams, identifying key talentManage complaints and workplace investigationsBe a point of contact and support for all ER mattersAssist with the implementation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreement OutcomesProvide Performance Management Advice to State Operations teamAbout you: Bachelor's degree in HR Management is preferredExperience in successfully managing difficult ER mattersProven success in talent management processes and succession planningSolid understanding of current legislation and HR practicesStrong influencing and coaching skillsRetail/FMCG experience is preferredEffective problem-solving skillsAbility to work at pace and manage and prioritise multiple and competing demandsWhat we offer: A supportive and diverse culture.
