About your new role:
This is a permanent People and Culture Business Partnering role that reports directly to the People and Culture Director for the group. This is an opportunity to support a complex, multi-site business where you would be accountable for a range of HR activities.
This Business Partner role will play a vital role in partnering with and providing guidance to the business leaders and employees on a range of aspects including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development.
Key responsibilities include: Work with management to build and develop a strong recruitment plan for the group and provide full-cycle recruitment support including:AdvertisingSourcingInterviewing and assessingPresenting a diversified and high-quality pool of candidates.Develop and deliver preboarding and onboarding for new staff.Support the group by providing sound coaching and advice to support Executive and management teams on all people-related matters.Act as a change agent for HR activities.Handle general Employee Relations issues and concerns and provide advice to managers and employees, as appropriate for all types of performance management concerns/issues, including disciplinary processes and terminations.Play an active and key role in delivering HR processes for the group including the performance management process, leadership and employee development and change management.Provide advice to management and employees in the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.Monitor and manage performance to ensure the team meet expectations and achieve deadlines.Your skills:
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
A sound understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations.Is a confident problem solver and capable decision-maker with strong communication skills to implement positive change.Qualifications in Human Resources or other related disciplines.Experience working in a diverse operating environment with a mix of white and blue-collar workers and associated issues.Experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors.This is an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and gain hands-on experience to drive your career forward within a fast-paced, leading business.
