About the Role Reporting into the People & Culture Manager you will partner with our Tasmanian Processing Sites to support on workforce planning, employee development and engagement, and day-to-day HR services.
Your prior experience will make you an asset to our team, providing exceptional advice and support to help drive team and organisational performance.
You will have strong communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment, meaning you will excel at collaborating across different teams.
You will support the business with Workplace Relations, EA Negotiations and Employee Relations.
You'll also be able to work with data as you'll be creating and analysing reports (Power BI) and building salary benchmarking.
You will be required to travel to our different Processing Sites (Margate, Dover, Huonville and Triabunna), so a driving licence will be essential in this role.
We are advertising this role to realign our team and improve our service and support to the Tassal Team.
