About the Role
We are looking for a local Darwin People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our team on a 5/2 roster, in Darwin, NT. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high profile Brownfields Life Extension Project, ensuring HR operations and workforce strategies are executed seamlessly.
In this hands-on role, you will work directly with project leadership and site teams to foster a productive and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and industrial agreements.
