The business operates through two divisions Innovations and TVSN. THE ROLE: A fixed term parental leave cover opportunity for 14 months. In this role you will actively partner with Direct Group entities to provide superior and professional people services to managers and employees through the resolution of generalist People & Culture matters, recruitment of top talent, and the delivery of cohesive People & Culture programs, initiatives and advice.
