Their business is focused on providing dedicated care to the community that have complex needs – creating a sense or normality will retaining a certain level of independence. The opportunity Reporting to the COO, you will form part of a management team that is focused on building capability, driving engagement, improving processes and delivering result while having input into the people strategy.
