Founded in 2014, and listed on the ASX since 2015, Superloop's purpose is to enable better internet for Australian homes and businesses, by enabling challenger retail brands (including our own Superloop and Exetel brands) to take a larger share of the market, leveraging Superloop's Infrastructure-on-Demand platform.Superloop operates in three segments of the market: consumer connectivity, business network and security solutions, and wholesale connectivity, all of which leverage Superloop's investments in physical infrastructure assets including fibre, subsea cables and fixed wireless, as well as Superloop's software platforms. Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses rely on Superloop and Exetel every day for their connectivity needs.The People & Culture Partner is responsible for partnering with key business leaders, providing strategic and operational advice, and supporting employees and management. This will include day-to-day HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, and general HR advice. The People & Culture Business Partner will proactively work to identify any potential HR requirements within their client group, as well as working collaboratively with the Group Head of People & Culture and other members of the People & Culture team to develop and implement HR projects and build the capability of the HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesHR generalist responsibilities combined with subject matter expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.Confidently provide expert HR advice and assistance to employees and management on a full range of issues and practices, including salary benchmarking, Employee Relations, and engagement activities.Advise and coach management on employment-related matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies and procedures, and appropriate industrial instruments.Facilitate performance management and grievance issues in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.Remain up-to-date with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends.Lead a range of HR projects.Any other duties as directed.Specialising in the design, implementation, and administration of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, learning and development, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.SME expert and lead for Remuneration & Benefits.QualificationsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Science, Law, or a related field.7 - 10 years' experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Telco and/or Tech sector experience preferred but not essential.A thorough understanding and technical expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.Mobility and offshore experience desirable but not essential.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to adapt communication style for various audiences.Agile problem-solving skills.Additional InformationTo apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter addressing the selection criteria.We are recruiting for Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney locations.Employment offer will be subject to satisfactory mandatory compliance checks including National Criminal History Check, employment reference checks, and required identity checks.In order for your application to be considered, you will require full working rights in Australia.
