We manufacture some of Australia's favourite brands, including MilkLab, Australia's Own, Vital Strength, uProtein and Crankt.About the Opportunity:As a People & Culture Partner at our Shepparton manufacturing site, you'll bring your expertise as a trusted HR generalist, with a passion for supporting employees at every level. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and providing coaching and HR solutions to leaders.This role also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our FY25 People & Culture strategy. You'll drive key initiatives, including a Leadership Capability Program for frontline leaders, the rollout of a new HRIS, and programs in recognition, performance management, talent and succession, DEI, and employee wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:Coach and support site leaders to enhance their leadership and interpersonal skills.Provide guidance to leaders and employees on ER issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and grievances.Lead the engagement survey process, interpret survey data, and assist leaders in developing and implementing effective action plans to improve engagement.Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team on strategic and operational initiatives.About you:Proven experience as a People & Culture Partner (ideally 5+ years), building strong relationships with leaders, coaching, and enhancing capabilities across the employee lifecycle.Experience in a unionised, manufacturing environment, with sound knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and contemporary HR practices.Demonstrated success in leading engagement activities and strategic initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Tertiary qualification in HR or Business, with coaching or LSI accreditation as a plus.Why Noumi?Joining Noumi's People & Culture team means joining a collaborative, supportive environment where you can truly make an impact.
