Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic, collaborative and caring People and Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our People & Culture strategy, providing expert guidance and support across the organisation. You'll be responsible for a regional and functional portfolio and partner with talented and values-based leaders to help deliver the business objectives. This is a genuine Business Partner position with a fabulous breadth and depth of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Lead the devolution and delivery of the Benson Radiology and People and Culture strategy, projects and programsPartner with managers and leaders across all areas of the employee lifecycleCoach managers to build practice leadership capability across planning, and other people related domainsProactively monitor workforce trends to identify risks and develop collaborative people related solutionsProvide Policy, governance and operational advice to the Executives and managers as an input into key decision-making processesSupport and implement organisational change initiatives including business simplification and automation processesLead the portfolio and functional employee engagement and planning processes to build a trusting and high performing CultureProvide advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, as well as Employee Relations and performance and development processesStay abreast of Employment / WHS legislative developments and continuously ensure business compliance with requirements.Courageously uphold Benson Radiology's Values of Patient Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and Personal Excellence in everything you doTo be successful in this role you will have:A minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience as a People & Culture Business PartnerTertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or a related discipline are preferredSound understanding of Employment Law & WHS LegislationExperience in leading people change processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnterprise agreement interpretation (and negotiation) experience is desirableA solution focused mindset, strong work ethic and attention to detailConfident in managing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced work environmentWhy work for Benson Radiology?At Benson Radiology, our Values are at the heart of what we do.
