It will formulate trusted and value add partnerships with senior leaders to enable business strategy via a combination of commercial acumen and their P&C expertise across a range of disciplines that include people, engagement, diversity and inclusion, culture, reward and employee relations.This position is based in Brisbane & will report to the P&C Director who will contribute to the strategic direction as well as provide guidance on agreed projects and initiatives that will enhance their own skillset and employee capability and performance.Our People & Culture Business Partner is committed to the positive promotion of the People & Culture brand within Planit and represent the team to the highest standard.
