Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity Are you a hands-on HR specialist, with a can-do attitude and a pragmatic mindset?

We have a 6m fixed term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to become a pivotal member of our high-performing team as a People & Culture Business Partner.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will provide strategic HR support across Minderoo, offering expert advice throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with leaders and teams to champion our One Minderoo Culture, ensuring alignment with our values and business objectives.
The role will assess and anticipate HR related needs, whilst also delivering value add service to leaders and employees in line with the P&C strategy.
In this role, you'll coach and empower people leaders, support employees with practical P&C advice, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance engagement, diversity, and career development.
With a focus on building trusted relationships and leveraging data-driven insights, you'll influence workforce planning, talent management, and cultural transformation.
Relationship management is key as you work closely with our centres of excellence in relation to talent acquisition, learning and development and diversity, equity and inclusion.

QualificationsAbout You Key skills and experience will include:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Strong understanding of strategic role of HR in the business and demonstrated capacity to align actions with bigger picture.Ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships.Experience across awards, policies, and practices.Ability to prioritise both short- and long-term plans.Resilient multi-tasker who can live our values and thrive in a dynamic, agile workplace.Above all we are seeking a flexible and adaptable professional with a value aligned approach who can work effectively in an ever-changing environment.
