If you enjoy variety in your work and are proactive in improving processes, this could be the perfect role for you.Reporting to the People & Performance Operations Manager, this full-time position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture and make an impact across several key areas of the business.Key responsibilities:Provide support to the Recruitment Coordinator ensuring legislative compliance.Assist with the administration of our reward and recognition program, helping to celebrate and motivate our team.Support the People & Culture team with a variety of tasks, including producing the quarterly newsletter, managing uniforms, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, overseeing access cards, and processing invoices.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that help build a connected and motivated workplace.Assist with planning and execution of SwanCare events.As the largest single site retirement and aged care community in WA, we are proud of our excellent reputation among our residents, their families, and our staff.
