About the role Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, as our P&C Advisor you will provide ad-hoc day-to-day support to our Business Partnering team on activities such as:
people complianceroster reviewspolicy & procedure updatesbusiness casestemplate reviewsemployee grievances and disciplinary mattersEnterprise Agreement negotiationsSupport our Head of IR/ER with Enterprise Agreement NegotiationsYou will also provide leave coverage for our Business Partners, giving you exposure to a variety of stakeholders and HR experiences.
This role is very agile and adapts to the ever-changing support needs of our industry and our team. It is the go-to for systems, researching information, and employee queries, so your flexibility, customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and high drive for results will help you succeed.
The knowledge and traits that will help you succeed This role will best suit an HR Graduate, HR Administrator, or HR Coordinator who is great at HR systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, and wants hands-on experience as an HR generalist, learning from a team of Business Partnering superstars!
