Our client, based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne near Bayswater, is requiring a suitably qualified and experienced People and Culture advisor to join their amazing team.

Full time Position- Monday to Thursday 8.30am- 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO your role will involve:Facilitating all Key HR functions and ProgramsER/IR practices and legislations including providing general advice on awards, compliance and employee related mattersOrganisational DevelopmentOversee all Workplace Health and SafetyLearning and DevelopmentCompensation and BenefitsUpdate, Develop and deliver Company policies and proceduresRecruitment, selection and onboarding process for new employeesIn Liaison with the finance department co-ordinate end to end payroll processing, IAS and payroll tax.
To be successful for this position, we will require you to have:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, related discipline, or equivalent comparable work experience.Intermediate to Advanced Computer skillsExcellent communication skills - verbal and writerExcellent time management and a Can-do attitudeFull work rights to work in AustraliaMinium of 5 years' experience in a similar roleA full job description will be provided to shortlisted applicants.
