As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Advisor with operational experience to join our team in Wollongong. This is a Temporary full-time position, located in Wollongong, for a period of 12 months. The hourly rate ranges from $36.00 - $38.60 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. We'd love to hear from you.  About the Role - We care about others As a People and Culture (P&C) Advisor with an operational focus, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and operational needs. You will work closely with the P&C Team to support the enhancement of organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. Certificate III in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or demonstrated relevant experience.  Ability to provide generalist HR advice and guidance to the organisations various key stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Proven ability to drive key processes, systems and tools ensuring operational efficiency within the P&C Team and across the organisations business units. Sound time management and organisational skills in order to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
