What you'll be doing:A successful energy business based in Melbourne CBD are hiring a People and Culture Advisor to join their Technology and Digital division.This is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement (two days in the office and three from home).Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, Group Services this is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact as a P&C Adviser for their dynamic Technology and Digital teams.Working closely with leaders and employees you will provide operational support and advice across the complete employee lifecycle, including talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, culture, and employee relations.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Degree or in Human Resource Management or related field, with some experience in business partnering.Solid track record providing HR advisory services, ideally supporting technology or digital teams.Developing professional with the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR tasks and navigate ambiguity.Capable of supporting engagement, talent management, employment relations, and leadership development initiatives.Ability to build productive partnerships, engage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively within a team.Benefits to you: Southbank locationPermanent opportunityHybrid working arrangement
