We are seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner to the full-time (1.0 FTE), temporary position of People & Culture Advisor.This position is a 12-month leave replacement, commencing at the beginning of July 2024.This is can be a hybrid position, with the requirement to workfromboththe St Kilda Rd or Glen Waverley campusonce a week. Working closely with other members of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Advisor has key responsibilities in the provision of high-quality operational service and support to line managers and staff of a designated client group, as well as providing support on people issues and processes. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in a People & Culture / Human Resources role with direct client-supporting responsibilities, ideally with experience in the education or professional services sector. Experience withLMS, HRIS/ERP and advanced computer literacy skillsareessential. Presenting with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels, the successful candidate will possess a demonstrable commitment to the highest levels of client service.
