The opportunity: Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an exceptional and driven People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic generalist P&C team.
This is a critical role where you'll support our leaders in navigating complex employee relations matters while driving an outstanding employee experience across our iconic brands.
Reporting to a P&C Business Partner, you'll play a key role in providing strategic, hands-on support and advice.

This role offers exposure to high-level ER case management, coaching leaders, and contributing to impactful P&C projects, giving you an opportunity to shine as a trusted advisor.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including case management, complaint resolution, and compliance with legislation; Interpret and apply industrial instruments, the Fair Work Act, and other employment legislation; Coach and empower line managers to handle employee performance, grievances, and complex ER cases confidently; Lead initiatives in performance development, training programs, and succession planning; Develop and deliver accurate HR reporting and data insights to inform decision-making; Support the rollout and optimisation of HR systems, policies, and processes; Drive culture and engagement initiatives that enhance employee well-being and retention; Partner with P&C Business Partners to implement P&C strategies deliver seamless business outcomes.
To be successful in this role you have: Essential Demonstrated experience in employee relations case management, including investigations and conflict resolution; Comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and Modern Awards; Proven ability to coach and influence managers with confidence and credibility; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail; Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel skills; A proactive, self-motivated approach and a solutions-oriented mindset; Resilience, adaptability, and confidence to work autonomously.
Desirable Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline; Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
