We are seeking a bright, friendly new member of our People & culture team who has strong computer and administration skills to be the face of our team.
You must be a people person who loves helping people settle into their new employment, lifestyle, and home with us!
This role will see you support the People & Culture team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department, ensuring that P&C processes run efficiently, allowing the organization to focus on its strategic goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Duties: Ensuring new hires have a smooth start with the company and managing the details for employees leaving the organization Serving as a go-to resource for employees, providing guidance to inquiries on P&C-related matters.
Handle all queries with sensitivity, excellent customer care and confidentiality Provision of administrative support to the People & Culture team Handle all administrative tasks with an eye for detail The Best Part The great thing about this role is you are the face of our People and Culture team to all new starters at Ayers Rock Resort.
