We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable People & Culture Administrator to join the SLR team in our Sydney or Perth office.
This role is a full-time role that has opened due to an internal promotion.
The People & Culture Administrator will report directly to the People & Culture Manager (who is based in Sydney) and will play a crucial role in assisting and supporting the wider APAC People and Culture team in undertaking its core business across both the Advisory team and Talent Acquisition team.
We work together, collaborate, share ideas and listen to each other.
We're looking for a like-minded individual who has high attention to detail, is a confident communicator, is creative, a good listener, has their own passions and interests to share in our team chat and most importantly loves a good laugh!
Job tasks and responsibilities You will be supported by a highly capable and inclusive People & Culture team that covers talent acquisition, P&C advisory and learning & development as our key focus areas as well as: Provide timely and client-focussed admin support to the People & Culture team.
Prepares and amends People & Culture documents to a high standard (such as employment contracts, confirmation of employment change letters, exit interviews etc.)
Maintain our internal HR system and employment tracking database to ensure integrity of the dataset and monitor completion of tasks to specified deadlines.
Proactively identify ways to improve our current systems and processes.
Working on adhoc People & Culture projects and supporting the team with current workload, no day will be the same!
Skills & Experience You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and love getting things done to a very high standard.
You are self-driven and comfortable with processes, whilst still being an excellent people person with a high level of client service.
Ideally you would possess the following: 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role coupled with relevant degree.
High attention to detail and time management skills.
A pro-active, consultative approach towards managing effective relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Customer-focussed, responsive and considers internal client needs to maintain and enhance high service standards.
Strong, well-developed communication skills and not afraid to speak up and offer ideas for improvement.
