With our Head Office located in Adelaide, we operate nationally. My Plan Manager plays a role not only as the Plan Management service of choice, but as advocates for ensuring Australians living with disability have a voice, particularly with regards to the NDIS, and its importance to Australian society.
My Plan Manager (MPM) is the market-leader in the plan management sector and was the first independent NDIS plan manager to be registered in 2014.
MPM has experienced huge growth from a small suburban office in southern Adelaide to a national company, employing over 350 people.

About the role...
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Administration Support Officer will provide support to the wider People & Culture (P&C) team through coordination of initiatives and events, managing administrative processes, as well as supporting all business needs.
This role will also play an active role in driving process improvements and enabling organization success through championing P&C activities.

This role will provide generalist support and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to the breath of the P&C function.
This role is full time and based in our Adelaide office.


Major responsibilities include: Support the P&C team in the administration of all aspects of the employment lifecycle such scheduling interviews Maintenance of employee information within P&C systems and personnel files Monitor the P&C & Careers inbox, responding directly to enquiries Maintenance of P&C calendars, company intranet, project management boards, company organization chart and record keeping practices Coordination of a range of P&C engagement events, team events and wellbeing activities Daily mail processing Travel coordination Business catering as required Maintenance of stationery and business supply levels About You...
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role which calls for an flexible, adaptable and mature minded individual, capable of navigating multiple tasks within a growing organisation.

You are tech savvy and comfortable using a variety of systems including a working knowledge of HR Management Systems and are highly organised and solutions focused.
You will embrace the MPM values and be an exceptional communicator and problem solver.


To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Demonstrated work experience in Human Resources or Administration roles Tertiary qualification (or completing a qualification) in Human Resource Management or related disciplines (desirable) Proven office management, administrative or assistance experience Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work Attention to detail and problemsolving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional requirements
Prior to commencing with MPM you will be required to hold a current NDIS National Working with Children's Check (WWCC) as well as a DHS Working With Children Clearance.
