About the Role CareSouth are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our People and Culture team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the People and Culture Team Leader the successful applicant will be attuned to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A professional, positive self-starter with a can-do attitude is a must for this role.
The successful applicant will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar position;Sound knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and a proficiency with office technology;Highly developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced;Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner;Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment;Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members;A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems;Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;Demonstrated experience and ability to use data management software and generate reports;Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to calmly manage multiple tasks at once.Do you want to be a part of something great?
