A newly created role has become available for a People Coordinator that will form a crucial part of our People and Capability team.
As a People Coordinator, you will provide accurate and timely HR administrative support to the Perform team and assist the Adviser team in delivering HR advice to leaders and employees.
Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of RAC's HR strategy, supporting talent, culture, and capability initiatives.
This opportunity is available on a Full Time, 12 Month Maximum Term contract basis.
What will you be doing?Act as the first point of contact for employee and leader queries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating or redirecting as needed.Process HR activities in Workday, including audits, reporting, and data management.Assist in delivering cyclical people activities such as performance planning, annual salary reviews, talent planning, and engagement surveys.Support HR projects, initiatives, and process reviews with guidance from People Partners.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.What are we looking for in you?Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within HR.Familiarity with HR Information Systems (Workday experience is a plus).Strong skills in collaboration, customer focus, and trust-building.Basic understanding of generalist HR practices.Degree or working towards a qualification in Human Resources or a related field.What can we offer you?A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected, and empowered.Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing.Be part of a purpose-led organisation that gives back to the WA community.An environment that values ongoing career development.Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance, Auto Services, and Insurance.Opportunities for community engagement and corporate volunteering.Applications Close COB Friday 27th December 2024.
