As their People Coordinator, you will provide HR administrative support, advice and coordination to support the delivery of People and Safety services, programs and initiatives within the business.
Your key responsibilities are: Provide generalist HR advice to support employees and leaders.Manage the team inbox and respond to a range of requests.Provide accurate advice and support to facilitate the recruitment process including onboarding and employment contracts.Monitor and support compliance with relevant legislation, instruments, directives and policies.Update and maintain HR data.Prepare simple scheduled and ad-hoc reports, organisational charts, process maps and other documentation.Coordinate and prepare HR and WH&S related committee meetings.You will have: Experience in a similar role within state or federal government.Knowledge of public sector employment frameworks.Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience using MS Suite.If this interests you and your experience and skills align with the responsibilities listed above, please contact:
