Your New Role This is a parental leave max term position to October 2025. In this role you will provide support to the Senior People Partners and broader People & Workplace team in the delivery of cyclical activities and strategic people initiatives directly to the business to drive people, member and business outcomes.
The role delivers tailored people advice and solutions for people-related matters including performance and conduct and safety management issues.
How do you exceed our expectations? Demonstrated ability using a range of written and verbal communication tools to capture insights and recommendations to inform and influence stakeholders. Experience in a broad HR generalist role that has required a consultative approach and delivering wide-ranging HR activities and initiatives. Understanding of current HR practices, trends, direction and methodologies including ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation. High attention to detail, demonstrated experience in innovative problem solving and decision-making skills. High-level interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, across all levels. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues to meet overall business objectives. Desirable: Tertiary HR (or similar) qualifications.
