Job DescriptionAbout the Role One Harvest is seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Capability (P&C) Manager to join our team and partner with leaders across the business to drive the execution of our People Strategy. Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, driving people initiatives, and shaping the future workforce.
As a P&C Manager, you will be accountable for implementing strategic workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations, while ensuring the business meets its goals and values. You will work closely with managers at all levels, providing coaching and support to enhance organisational capabilities and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers to implement the People Strategy and build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention to meet current and future business needs.Drive change programs, improve morale, and align employee culture with business objectives.Manage performance frameworks, coaching, and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities.Provide expertise in employee relations, compliance, and industrial relations matters.Ensure effective workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning.Champion inclusion, sustainability, and a zero-harm safety culture across the site.What We're Looking For: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Proven experience in leading P&C initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment (ideally in FMCG or similar sectors).Expertise in talent management, recruitment, and employee development.High-level problem-solving and change management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative, solution-driven approach.Why Join Us?
