Job Description The Opportunity Managing a portfolio across NSW, ACT and Queensland, you will coach our leaders and employees in elevating the employee experience. Supporting people leaders and employees, t his role encompasses providing both practical and strategic guidance on people-related projects aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing a motivated and skilled workforce. Collaborating closely with the broader P&C team, you are integral in identifying and promoting P&C initiatives throughout Spiire, always ensuring they align with the company's overarching strategy.
Some key responsibilities include:
Develop people initiatives to accelerate a culture of which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver an exceptional client experience. Utilising insights and data, provide thought leadership to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions to your client group. With a commitment to continuous improvement, collaborate with the broader P&C team to integrate effective P&C initiatives seamlessly and consistently. Work collectively to coach leaders through reviewing and designing the organisational structure ensuring a consistent way of working. Educate, coach and partner with leaders and employees in all aspects of people management and development. About You You are a seasoned P&C professional who shares our value of developing each other. You have a true partnering style, are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and you thrive on the challenge of working with people during a period of organisational change and growth. Extensive experience in a business partnering or P&C generalist role and an appreciation of the change management process from a people perspective. Demonstrated knowledge of organsational development and the principles of workforce planning A passion for evolving and supporting leadership development programs and coaching leaders on a 1:1 basis A proactive attitude and desire to take on new challenges Experience operating across multiple locations will be highly regarded; this role will require some travel.
