Reporting to the Head of People – Retail & VM you will partner with Retail leaders across Witchery to deliver the people strategy, while maximising the capability of our people and teams.
This role includes coaching of business leaders, collaborating with the wider people team and building strong relationships across the business to provide solution-oriented outcomes.
Please note this is a 15 month contract
Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Witchery Heads of Retail to shape people solutions and deliver key people activitiesLead conversations around talent management, succession planning and team engagementLead and contribute to key strategic projects across the corporate and wider People TeamsFacilitate and lead projects relating to organizational change and continuous improvement of our people experienceMix the commercial objectives with the needs of our people to create an engaging team experienceProvide ongoing coaching, training and support to senior leadersThe Ideal Candidate will have: Experience working in effective HR Business Partnering rolesStrong ability to support leaders in building functional strategy and operationalising for actionExperience supporting corporate and/or retail functionsA customer and people experience centric approachDemonstratable knowledge of how the employee experience, supports a positive customer experienceAn ability to influence via strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholdersEffective collaboration internally within the People team and with stakeholdersStrong influencing and communication skillsExposure to org design principles and wider project/change management capabilityAn openness to support the full range of people activities, from partnering with senior leaders, to supporting the operational aspects of people movements and changesCoach and mentor leaders regarding people process and initiativeWhy work for us?
