The core focus of the role is to embed a strategic consultancy model through the delivery of professional, dynamic and valued advice and support.You will be agile in your approach to support a diverse portfolio as a business partner, including coaching people leaders in case management, performance, disciplinary matters, and multi-site visits to meet the needs and expectations of internal customers.Your experience in implementation of strategies in line with operational business plans and objectives will aid in providing specialist advice for business workforce planning strategies and support the successful delivery of a high-performing and agile workforce for Wyndham.What you will deliverTrusted, credible and authentic business partnering with senior leaders in the organisationHigh-level ER and IR advice and guidance across a range of complex people-related matters, including undertaking robust workplace investigationsSupport to the Team Leader People Business Partners to implement a raft of continuous improvement initiatives; enterprise bargaining agreement initiatives and workforce planning activities.Socialisation and engagement with the organisation across the entire HR program of workStrong relationships with the HR Centres of Expertise (Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, Analytics and Remuneration) to deliver cohesive and holistic people solutionsSupport to the successful delivery of a high-performing and agile workforceWhat you will bringTertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management with hands-on Business Partner experience; or substantial experience in a similar roleExtensive experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and complex environmentA sound understanding of culture and its impact on performance and engagementA collaborative, forward-thinking and solutions-based approach to problem solvingExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships of trust with stakeholders to the highest levelResilience with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment working within defined timeframesExceptional "hands-on" case management skills and experienceCurrent Victorian driver's license is desirableA continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive and flexible attitudeBe part of something moreTake a look at our job opportunities and you may be surprised at what you discover: a future-focused culture, a sense of purpose and possibility, and real opportunities to strengthen our diverse community.
