Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About The Role
Scope has an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role is part time (22.8 hours per week) working across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Victoria's Murray-Goulbourn region.
This position will be responsible for:
Putting your business acumen to build a contextual understanding of your client group Using your data literacy to influence decisions and drive performance Exercising your passion for people advocacy to strengthen employee experience and promoting positive employee relations Empowering leaders with the knowledge, skills, tools and processes they need to effectively manage their teams Coaching and advising people leaders to navigate people-related matters effectively Using your experience to contribute to organisational transformation activities and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle As Scope leads through significant change and transformation over the coming 18 months, collaboration and consultation will be a strong focus of this role.
About You
Relevant qualification and/or experience in a business partnering role with strong employee relations focus within a service delivery context Demonstrated experience in guiding leaders and teams in a high change environment Business acumen and commercial thinking, coupled with strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions High degree of emotional intelligence along with an ability to deal with ambiguity Experience with the DSEAV or Disability Support is preferred but not essential This could be a career defining opportunity for those looking to work in a dynamic and leading national service provider with an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our People function.
