THE ROLEAs a People Business Partner, you will be integral in developing and implementing People strategies that support our company's growth and culture.
Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.

"As a People Business Partner in the People team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing our organizational culture.
Reporting directly to the People Exec, you will work at our Sydney Regional Office with various departments to ensure that our people strategies align with our business goals WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Partnering with Senior Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand their business needs and provide People support and guidance.Managing employee relations issues and providing effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.Conducting performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Analyzing People metrics and providing insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations for the region.Upholding the core values of "Work Hard with Integrity" and "Be Humble" in all aspects of your work.Embracing the operating principles of "Bring structure and clarity to everything we do," "Operate with High Standards," and "Make it Possible as a Team.".
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a simillar role.Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labour laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.Fluency in English is mandatory.
