The Opportunity
As a People Partner, you will join our HR team during a transformational time for Eagers Automotive. Reporting to the regional People & Safety Manager, you will partner with the General Managers / Dealer Principals and Department Managers within the business to deliver value-add HR support on all people matters.
As a People Partner, you will:

Participate in the roll-out and embedding of a new HRIS - Success Factors
Engage and develop strong relationships with your business partners
Collaborate with the Regional and National People & Safety teams
Support employee engagement through targeted action plans and initiatives
Provide accurate and timely advice on all people matters including award interpretation queries
Support with and conduct workplace investigations and employment relations functions
Support performance management within your client group to foster a high-performing culture
Support your client group with training and development needs, ensuring compliance with legislative and industry requirements
Facilitate training and project implementation across your client group
Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation
Partner with the injury management team on complex cases such as long-term illness
Proactively contribute to the development of our People & Safety activities to deliver a best-in-class HR service

You will have:

Consistent experience in Human Resources.
Experience interpreting and advising on Employment legislation and Modern Award entitlements
Strong communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to manage ER/IR matters
Experience with HRIS Success Factors will be highly regarded
Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple sites
A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to meet the needs of our stakeholders
A mature and pragmatic approach
