People and Operations ManagerNational Audits Group offers rewarding and challenging career opportunities in external audit, internal audit, and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) audits.

As we expand, we seek an experienced and motivated People and Operations Manager to lead our HR, corporate governance, finance, and strategic functions.
This pivotal role will help drive operational excellence and support our diverse team in succeeding.
What You'll DoIn this leadership role, you will be central to shaping the future of our firm.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will work closely with senior leaders to align our operations with our strategic vision and support the firm's growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagementEnsuring compliance with corporate governance, employment law, and industry regulationsManaging financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and payrollDriving strategic initiatives to promote growth, scalability, and operational efficiencySupporting compliance and risk management activitiesFostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages professional development and teamworkWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with:
