Supporting the People and Culture Manager, the primary focus is to plan and deliver employee engagement and people programs that connect employees, drive engagement, and deliver on strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fostering a positive work culture and building strong connections across the organisation.
You will also be the first point of contact for all People related queries, ensuring great experiences and support for employees.
Your Accountabilities In this position you will be working in our People and Culture Team and reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Support daily HR tasks, including documentation, compliance, and data accuracy.
Supporting the preparation of employee documentation, including performance management discussions, employment contracts and ensure accurate employee data through our HRIS, Workday.
Provide P&C generalist delivery and advisory support across the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, onboarding, development, employee relations, reporting, performance management, engagement and EAP Assist with hiring and welcome new employees to the team.
Deliver great onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement Assist the P&C Manager and Global P&C team in strategic and operational communications and provide administrative support for People & Culture related projects.
Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to develop and implement various exciting projects aimed at achieving both short- and long-term people objectives.
Plan, organize, and spearhead company events and activities that bring our teams together.
Work with department heads to design engagement activities tailored to different areas of the business.
Collect and analyze employee feedback, offering fresh ideas to boost engagement.
Manage reward and recognition programs Develop and implement project communication plans in collaboration with the P&C and Marketing team.
Support the creation and execution of our Employer Branding and EVP strategy.
Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities Develop effective connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Help foster a safe, healthy, and inspiring working environment.
Step in to assist with other duties that support the business as needed.
What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of skills, knowledge, and qualities that help drive our people and culture goals: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities to handle priorities effectively.
A "can-do" mindset with a knack for solving challenges before they arise.
Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and compliance is essential.
Ability to address and escalate issues quickly and thoughtfully.
Clear, professional, and engaging in both written and verbal interactions.
Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Friendly and approachable with a growth-oriented outlook.
Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Experience in dealing directly with employees and providing HR-related service or support.
