Position Purpose
Working as an integral member of the P&C Operations team, the purpose of this position is to take responsibility for managing generalist HR activities, projects, Rewards and Recognition and ERP that affect both the organisation and its employees. The position is also extensively involved in partnering with operational managers to provide advice and interpretation of the FW Act, contracts of employment, workplace agreements, workplace investigations, dispute resolution and terminations of employment. This position is based at Macquarie and will liaise with other Managers responsible for people practices managed by Certis to ensure a consistent people strategy is applied throughout the aviation division.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise between HR stakeholders, IT teams, & external vendors, providing HR process insights to enhance system design & integration.
Ensure that the system implementation aligns with internal HR needs & business goals.
Contribute & validate user requirements to facilitate system customisations.
Advocate for end-user needs & work with vendors to ensure that system configurations support HR operations.
Ensure the integrity of HR data within the system, testing & validating the system configurations.
Contribute to the development of training programs for users at all levels, to ensure smooth & effective adoption & utilization of the new HR systems.
Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors to maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the HRIS system.
Collaborate with the external support partner, IT, and HR teams to tailor the system to business requirements, staying updated with the latest features, functions and systems upgrades to ensure optimal system requirements.
Manage both standard and custom interfaces between HRIS and other third-party solutions.
Evaluate HRIS issues and oversee change and resolution.
Engage closely with HR business partners, managers, and employees to understand their needs and convert them into system requirements.
Provide training and continuous support to end-users, ensuring they fully utilize the system's capabilities.
Facilitate change management efforts related to system updates and process changes.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Continually identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
Administer access security and implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
Take responsibility for global people reporting and insights, providing regular and ad-hoc reporting of all people-related data to various stakeholders.
Manage Rewards and Recognition platform.
Manage awards-Service Award, Certis Pinnacle award and many more.
Prepare submission for -Best place to work, Most innovative companies, WGEA reporting, etc.
Qualifications
Experience working in a People or Technology leadership capacity (2 years).
Expert level in MS Office.
A detail-oriented mindset is essential, emphasising a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Has worked in complex or transformation environments.
Experience in core HR business practices.
SuccessFactors experience, preferably in ECP and Comp & VP.
Qualification in SuccessFactors or People system equivalent.
Has worked with people/employee data and understands and respects the confidentiality and privacy requirements.
The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
