This role will play a pivotal part in our payroll section, working closely with our COPE support team. Your work will streamline administrative processes, ensure compliance, and improve collaboration between payroll, P&C, and operations.You'll focus on optimising the systems and processes that support our employees, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Management: Update monthly rosters to reflect weekly Labour Model changes, ensure accurate overtime payments, and address avoidable overtime.Collaboration: Strengthen connections between Payroll, P&C, and Operations to enhance efficiency.Compliance: Ensure adherence to the COPE EA's and Roads & Transport Award. Verify accurate and compliant employee payments.Resource Optimisation: Digitise employee records to reduce admin workload. Manage contract variations and employee information updates.Payroll Support: Review and adjust T&A data for payroll processing.
