Your new role We are taking expression of interest to join our Hays People and Culture team in 2024 for the following roles HR Advisor Senior HR Advisor HR Business Partner Senior Business Partner HR Coordinator Learning and Development Partner Talent Acquisition Partner What you'll need to succeed Tertiary education in HR or related field An in-depth understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements Proven ability to interpret legislation and policy and provide guidance to managers Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High standard of personal presentation The ability to work autonomously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
