We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of strategic initiatives in learning & development, organisation development, and culture enhancement.
This is a full-time, 2-year contract based in sunny Townsville, offering you the chance to create lasting impact across the business and our community.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving projects that align with our strategic goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing: Leading exciting, high-impact projects that shape the learning and development culture of the organisation.
Overseeing organisation development initiatives to support business transformation.
Driving culture enhancement strategies to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Collaborating with leaders and teams across departments to align projects with strategic goals.
Ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively, delivering measurable results.
What we're looking for: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Learning, or a related field.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Strong experience in project management, learning & development, and culture change.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance.
