Join Our Team as a People and Culture Partner!About the role:Calvary are seeking a dynamic HR professional who is passionate about supporting and developing a range of People and Culture initiatives that align to Calvary's values and workforce strategy. You will use your expert skills to take on the role of People and Culture Partner, where you'll be the go-to expert for providing advice, coaching, and support to our incredible team of people leaders and employees across Calvary Hospitals, Aged Care and Home Care.Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely advice, coaching and support to senior leaders, managers and employees across all aspects of human resources matters including but not limited to industrial and employee relations, information systems, quality control and organisational improvement.Strong ability to interpret industrial instruments and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and the Fair Work Act.Support the People and Culture Manager and other leaders with change initiatives, review and classification of position descriptions, develop change and communication plans, facilitation of consultation with unions and employees whilst ensuring adherence to industrial instruments.Independently undertake complex case management and act as a point of escalation within the People and Culture team.Lead strategy implementation and operationalise workforce planning on the ground with Calvary's senior managers.Participate in enterprise bargaining with the National Industrial Relations team, as required.Pro-actively demonstrate and promote physical and psychological safety within the workplace.Assist with delivering manager training sessions and development coaching as required.Assist the People and Culture Manager with reporting key metrics, updating and maintaining People and Culture records within system workflows.

About you:

Desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation.Demonstrated experience working as a People and Culture Partner in a large organisation.Demonstrated understanding of the interpretation and application of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures.Strong Analytical skills to lead and undertake workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted, collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to adapt your processes in line with changes to industrial relations laws and industry changes.Prior experience working in the health care sector will be highly regarded.
