If you have a relevant qualification and experience along with a passion for wellbeing, this is a great chance to make a real difference to benefit our people, our organisation and the community we serve.The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time – hours may be negotiableThe Position:In this position you will work within the People and Culture team and hold a rewarding portfolio encompassing the development, implementation and monitoring of a range of tailored wellbeing and engagement programs that align with the BRHS Employee Wellbeing Strategy and the BRHS Strategic Plan. The role works collaboratively with the wider People & Culture team as well as key organisational stakeholders to progress initiatives targeted towards the BRHS' principles of care and equity, inclusion and diversity in the workplace. This includes the progression of BRHS's Gender Equality Action Plan.
