An opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Manager to join the business on a permanent basis in Melbourne.Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Melbourne, this role oversees the small People and Culture generalist team across the full HR remit and drives key People Projects. You will play a key role as a leader and partner to the business, by driving operational excellence in your team and collaborating with the CoE (Learning & Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition teams).To be successful, you will have relevant experience in a senior HR generalist role with the ability to lead a small team. As a key business partner, you will embed yourself with your customer groups to align HR strategy to support organisational objectives.
