Expressions of interest are sought for the following position:
People and Culture Manager Full Time In the selection of a People and Culture Manager, Leighland Christian School is seeking to appoint a strategic leader and administrator of the highest calibre who can build honest and authentic relationships with staff across the whole school, with a strong commitment to deliver exceptional standards and service.
This position is a newly developed role and will be a strategic member of the Leighland Christian School Senior Leadership Team.
Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar.At least 5 years experience as a HR generalist.A Working with Vulnerable People card.A written reference from a pastor or minister.Previous experience working in an educational setting will be highly regarded.
