Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the People and Culture Manager position leads efforts to strengthen the workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and ensures operational excellence in People and Culture.
This position is perfect for a dynamic and values driven leader who balances strategic thinking with implementation, displays strong problem solving and decision making skills and has a thorough understanding of Industrial Relations, legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with relevant training and experience.5+ years of experience in People and Culture with at least three years in a leadership position.Expertise in Employee and Industrial legislation, Fair Work compliance and Industry best practice.Proven ability to develop initiatives that boost employee engagement, health and well-being.Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced environment.Experience in a not-for-profit and/or within the NDIS would be beneficial.HRIS systems experience, preferably ELMO.To Apply: Submit a copy of your resume and cover letter via SEEK.
