About the Role As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and senior management, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, promoting a positive work culture and staff engagement. This role also focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex HR challenges while driving continuous improvement.
